Jereem “The Dream” Richards ran a scorching 19.86 seconds in the men’s 200 metres semi-final heat at the World Athletics Championship last night to earn a spot in the finals.
He finished third behind Americans Noah Lyles who crossed the line in 19.62 seconds and Kenny Bednarek in 19.84 seconds.
Richards will run out of Lane 2 in Thursday’s final which takes place at 10.50pm.
