Infamous Jamaican religious leader of Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries, Kevin O Smith, was pronounced dead after a car crash in Bog Walk, St Catherine, Jamaica.
Police personnel, who were transporting him to Kingston this morning were also injured.
According to a report by the Jamaica Gleaner, circumstances surrounding the crash are unknown.
The Gleaner also reported that Smith was likely to be charged today in connection with the murder of two congregants during a religious ritual which saw 144 persons including children being prepared to be a part of the spiritual cleansing.
