Investigators in “missing” Naipaul-Coolman file warned about Independence

Attorney at law Martin George has commented on the case of the “missing file” in the malicious prosecution case of the men freed of the Vindra Naipaul-Coolman murder.

Retired Justices Stanley John and Rolston Nelson were hired to investigate the file’s disappearance.

However, Mr George told Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show he is concerned that the independence of the investigation into the missing file may be questioned.

he pointed to the Jutices releasing information on a letterhead belonging to the Office of the Attorney General.

This he said may lead to a perception that the investigating Justices may not be unbiased.
