An Indian national was shot dead in San Fernando on Tuesday night.
Residents along Purcell Street heard several gunshots around 8:45 pm and contacted police.
When officers arrived, they found 26 year old Shrikanth Iyer, an employee of General Earth Movers Ltd, slumped in the driver’s seat of his Subaru vehicle, with several gunshot wounds.
Crime scene investigators and detectives from the Homicide Bureau of Investigations Region Three are investigating.
