India Takes 2-1 Lead in Five Match T20 Series Against West Indies

India takes a two –one lead in the five match T20 series against the West Indies with a seven wicket win at Warren Park, Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis, Tuesday.

Set 165 runs for victory the visitors reached the total off 19 overs with six balls remaining.

Suryakumar Yadav top scored for India with 76 runs.

His knock came off 44 balls. It included eight fours and four sixes.

Captain Rohit Sharma retired hurt at 11 runs.

Earlier, Kyle Mayers top scored for the regional side with 73 runs.

His time at the wicket included eight fours and four sixes.

It came off 50 balls.

His innings contributed to West Indies reaching 164 for 5 off the allotted 20 overs.

Rovman Powell made 23 and Shimron Hetmeyer 20.

The fourth match will be played in Lauderhill on Saturday at 10:30am.
