I thought I was a dead man!
These are the comments of an eyewitness whose life was spared when a plane narrowly missed him before crash landing near the Piarco International Airport on Tuesday.
Hemraj ‘Moses’ Lakhan, was on his tractor in the fields near the site of the crash when he said he noticed the plane coming straight towards him.
The farmer revealed what the pilot told him was the cause of the crash.
Lakhan said he believes everyone was lucky to escape the crash and live to tell the tale.
