Hunt on for that third suspect in Ashanti’s murder

With two men already detained for the murder of teenager Ashanti Riley, police have now set their sights on a third suspect.

The individual is said to be a man from Sunshine Avenue, San Juan, a street close to where Ashanti lived.

On the day of her disappearance, Riley got into a blue Nissan Almera PH taxi headed to San Juan Junction to meet friends and relatives who were going to visit her grandmother in Cocorite.

The first two men arrested were the PH taxi-driver and another man seen on CCTV getting into the car.

Riley’s decomposing body was found about 60 feet off Cakes Land, Upper La Canoa, Santa Cruz on Friday morning, five days after she went missing.
