The body of a missing man was found off the Southern Main Road in Rousillac on Thursday afternoon, in the vicinity of Boodoosingh Trace.
The discovery was made around 2:40pm by the Hunters Search and Rescue Team.
The body is that of 51-year-old Mohan Girdharrysingh, who has been missing since Sunday evening, when he left his home to go hunting.
Police are continuing enquiries.
