Former Chief Secretary in the Tobago House of Assembly, Hochoy Charles, says he is hoping autonomy for the sister isle will materialize soon after being so long a topic in the political arena.
He made the comment during a NEWS POWER NOW interview this afternoon.
The former T.H.A. Chief Secretary said the matter is one which will bring several benefits to Tobago once it is accomplished.
