Head of the Special Operations Response Team (SORT), Inspector Mark Hernandez, said he is confident that justice will be served as he is set to be charged with misbehaviour in public office.
This in relation to an investigation into treatment handed down to the suspects in the kidnapping and murder of Andrea Bharatt.
Hernandez speaking with members of the media this afternoon outside of the Maloney Police Station, called on citizens to rally together in light of the country’s growing crime rate, saying the country is bleeding.
Insp. Hernandez was also joined by his Attorney, Gerald Ramdeen.
