Health Ministry Records Eight Covid19 Deaths Over One Week

Eight families are in mourning following the deaths of their loved ones from Covid-19 between January 2^nd and January 10^th.

This was indicated in the latest clinical update from the Ministry of Health today.

The deaths bring the overall number to 4,297 in Trinidad and Tobago.

Some 406 new positive cases have been reported for the period January 2^nd to 9^th this year.

Total active positive cases stands at 206.

There are 47 persons at hospital with the virus.
