Citizens from both Trinidad and Tobago have their own way of coining words- there’s a local term for basically anything in our twin island Republic; as we use slang daily.
But Member of Parliament for Oropouche West, Davendranath Tancoo shocked the listening and viewing public and other members in the Parliament when he used the term “chi chi” to represent a little bit of money.
This as he explained was what the government is giving to citizens.
