Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, says the government when parliament resumes in September will focus on the recovery efforts moving forward for Trinidad and Tobago and the economy bearing in mind the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr Rowley made the revelation while speaking at the weekly post cabinet news briefing held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Blenheim, Tobago on Thursday.
Dr Rowley elaborated on the approach the ruling administration will adopt to address this serious course of action putting into context the upcoming national budget.
