Government will be responsible in how it treats with matters pertaining to an increase in wages for public servants.
The Chief Personnel Officer has offered a two percent increase in wages over an eight year period.
This is the position highlighted by Minister of Public Administration, Allyson West, while contributing to debate on the Finance Supplementary Appropriation Financial Year 2022 Bill, in the Senate Friday afternoon.
Commenting on the development on the Afternoon Power Drive on Power 102 Digital, Minister West explained the approach government will take on this national issue.
