Trinidad and Tobago is still in a position to attract foreign direct investment even coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The assurance comes from Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Brian Manning.
Speaking during an interview on the Power Breakfast Programme on Power 102 Digital Monday morning, Minister Manning said positive factors are prevalent which can help create jobs and improve the quality of life for the population.
Mr Manning said the government has been carefully managing the debt situation especially during the pandemic and a significant amount of the debt was repaid which is a good situation.
