A Ghanaian farmer reportedly chopped his testicles off in his sleep.

According to The Sun, Kofi Atta, 34, accidentally castrated himself while dreaming about slaughtering a goat, reports state.

Atta told the outlet he woke up after feeling extreme pain coming from his penis and was shocked “to see his penis chopped off.”

Atta says he’s unaware of how he obtained the knife in his sleep. He was rushed to the hospital after his wife came home to the horrific scene of him “bleeding and holding his penis.”

Doctors confirmed that Atta suffered non-life threatening injuries and will be ok.
