Attorney at Law Martin George meanwhile says there are many troubling and unanswered questions as it pertains to the entire imbroglio.
He told News Power Now this morning that there needs to be a wholesome clarification and explanation from the State either from those who currently hold positions or previously held positions of authority.
He insisted that clarity is needed as citizens of Trinidad and Tobago are entitled to this.
He maintained that the population would be happy if justice is served and a decision is made to settle the issue.
George said this is particularly important as the public no longer has any confidence in the judicial system in Trinidad and Tobago.
He called on the Government to provide the clarity needed to seek to restore some confidence in the justice system.
