Former Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith, confirms he has applied to the Elections and Boundaries Commission for its approval regarding the establishment of the National Transformation Alliance.
Mr. Griffith said at this time, he cannot give much details surrounding the N.T.A. but will be in a better position to do so soon.
Speaking on the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102 Digital Tuesday, Mr. Griffith said the ground work is being done concerning the formation of the party.
Mr. Griffith, however, elaborated on how the N.T.A. plans to conduct its affairs and is aiming to bring high standards in the political arena.
Mr. Griffith said the N.T.A. is not about tarnishing the image of others but about putting Trinidad and Tobago’s interest at the forefront.
Mr Griffith said there is a void in the political arena and the N.T.A. is determined to fill it.
