Gary Griffith: Laws too soft on Fireworks use in T&T

COP Gary Griffith says there are no laws preventing persons from importing and selling fireworks to persons over 16 years. He also said while there are fines for use in city or town areas, it’s almost impossible for police to identify who shot off the fireworks so it’s very difficult to police.
