Garvin Heerah suggests PoS include a risk and threat assessment plan

Former National Operations Centre, Executive Director, Garvin Heerah, is suggesting the state includes in its revitalization plan for East Port of Spain a Risk, Threat and Vulnerable Assessment.

Speaking on the programme, Facing the Issues on Power 102.1fm on Wednesday, Mr Heerah gave details on how this concept can be developed and operated.

Meanwhile, another guest on the programme, Graphic Artist, Dean Alleyne, of the Non –Governmental Organization, Develop Arts and Design Awareness, spoke of things that can be done to improve the image of the Capital City.
