The Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Transportation Company is advising the travelling public the Galleons Passage will be withdrawn from service to undergo its statutory maintenance programme, from 2021 February18th to March 9th .
It says during the vessel’s absence, contingencies will be applied so as to ensure anuninterrupted inter-island service.
In response to increased service demands, additional sailings of the Galleons Passage have been scheduled during the Easter Holiday period.
The Management of T.T.I.T. says it regrets any inconvenience which may be caused by thechange in the regular schedule.
It says these changes have become necessary to satisfy statutory requirements to ensure the vessel’s optimal performance.
