There is an admission funding is negatively impacting the ability of the state to support technical and vocational education programmes to ensure they sustainable contribute to the development of Trinidad and Tobago.
It comes from Chief Education Officer, Dr Peter Smith.
Dr Smith was questioned on the issue during the 14th virtual meeting of the Joint Select Committee of Social Services and Public Administration on Technical and Vocational Programmes.
