Chairman of the Penal\Debe Regional Corporation, Dr Allen Sammy, estimates about forty thousand persons have been affected directly and indirectly by this week’s flooding.
He provided the update during a News Power Now interview this afternoon.
Dr Sammy also provided details relating to the communities that have been affecting by the development.
Dr Sammy noted that those affected have been getting some assistant.
