Grilled Chicken Alfredo
8 oz cooked fettuccine noodles
1/2! cup grated parmesan cheese
2 oz butter
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1 to 2 cloves garlic grated or chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 seasoned and pan grilled chicken breast
Place butter in saute pan and melt. add garlic and saute to extract flavors
Add cream and stir the. use whipn to blend well..
Add parmesan cream cheese and blend in well.
Add cream cheese mix and allow to simmer covered. Do not boil.
Cook for approximately two to three minutes.
pour sauce onto noodles toss and top with sliced grilled chicken breast
Garnish with chopped chives….Enjoy
