Former Head of the T&T Police Service Welfare Association Michael Seales says that there cannot be two Acting Commissioners of Police.
He says contrary to what has been stated in the media, the person who would have been Commissioner of Police would have had to revert to his previous title after his contract came to an end.
He told Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show this morning that there can be no such thing as coming back from vacation to assume the Acting Commissioner of Police post.
