A Florida teenager is now in police custody after allegedly filming herself placing a lit marijuana joint in the mouth of a 1-year-old.
NBC News 2 reported that on Thursday, March 23rd, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office were notified that 17-year-old Naledi Roberts, who had been babysitting for her 16-year-old friend, had forced a toddler to partake in the smoking of marijuana.
When deputies questioned Roberts, she admitted to smoking in front of the child, but had denied placing the marijuana cigarette in their mouth.
Detectives were able to obtain the video, which showed Roberts placing the marijuana cigarette in the victim’s mouth, the victim inhaling while the lit joint is in their mouth, and the embers beginning to glow brighter.
Roberts then takes the marijuana cigarette out of the mouth of the one-year-old victim and places it into her own mouth, and continues to do the same.
