A 29-year old Fire Warden of Cypress Gardens, San Fernando was arrested on Wednesday night with millions worth of marijuana in his possession.
The man was held during a police exercise in the San Fernando area with approximately 30 pounds of compressed marijuana, which is said to carry an estimated street value of TT$2.25 million.
The exercise was co-ordinated by Snr. Supt. Smith, Supt. Carty, ASP Bertie, ASP Jaikaran and Insp. Philip and supervised by Sgt. Malloo and Sgt. Singh and included officers of the San Fernando and Court and Process.
