Finance Minister “licking his chops” over lotto booths reopening, Persad Bissessar says.

Opposition Leader Kamla Persad Bissessar has taken a swipe at Finance Minister Colm Imbert over the reopening of NLCB outlets.

She used the issue to highlight the Government’s taxation regimen.

Commenting on the issue, she claimed the Finance minister must be excited over the reopening as it is another opportunity to obtain taxes.

She made the comments at the UNC’s Virtual Report. on Monday night.
