The 49-year-old woman who is suspected to have started a fire with an apparatus she used to smoke cocaine was captured by police.
She was arrested on Tuesday with the apparatus in her possession.
The mentally-ill woman who lives in Point Fortin is suspected of starting two fires to a house and a clothing store, in the area.
Police are said to be still investigating both incidents before filing charges.
Still, she was charged with making threats by burning, failing to have her fingerprints taken, and possession of an apparatus for smoking cocaine when she appeared before a Point Fortin Magistrate.
She was denied bail and handed over to the authorities.
