The Licensing Division, Tobago is advising all truckers driving Goods Vehicles, that a temporary Carnival Permit is required to transport persons and play music on the roadways for Carnival.
The deadline for all applications is February 16th 2023.
Application forms are available at the Licensing Department, Milshirv Building, Shirvan Junction and online at www.mowt.gov.tt//Divisions/Transport-Division/Forms.
Management is encouraging the public to adhere to the guidelines set out by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, the Licensing Department and is wishing the public a safe Carnival.
