A video circulating on social media which shows a number of Spanish speaking persons coming off a boat has been identified as not originating in Trinidad and Tobago.
The false narrative of the boat coming ashore in Los Iros has been rubbished by authorities as fake news. The public has been asked to desist from sharing the video on social media. The video has been said to be nationals of the Dominican Republic coming ashore in Puerto Rico. We have not been able to independently confirm this information.
