Estate Police and Allied Security claim no help from employer with personal equipment

Representatives of the Estate Police Association and workers of Allied Security are claiming that they lobbied their employer for protective equipment to do their job.

They made the remarks following the deaths of two of their colleagues in a robbery at Pennywise Compound La Romain.

This is according to Secretary of the Allied Branch Board of the Estate Police Association Rebecca Ranger who is also an employee of Allied Security.

She revealed that she wrote the Human Resources Department for a meeting to discuss issues such as bullet proof vests and safety of vehicles.

She said however that meeting never materialised.
