The TSTT Executive needs to be fired for the cyber-hacking debacle immediately.
This is the belief of President of the Communications Workers Union Clyde Elder.
Also a guest on the Power Breakfast Show this morning, Elder said that the executive placed the Public Utilities Minister in an embarrassing situation.
He insisted that the Public Utilities Minister was now in a situation where questions concerning the depth of his involvement in the matter were being asked.
While he acknowledged that an investigation into the matter was necessary he said that he felt that information communicated to the Minister before his comments on the matter in Parliament were enough for the executive to be fired immediately.
Referring to the independent investigation being called for by the Public Utilities Minister Elder said that while he believes this is indeed necessary there are questions that need to be answered.
