University students in the next two weeks will be able to get an update from the government relating to when face to face classes at the tertiary level will resume.
This was revealed by Minister of Education, Dr Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, after being questioned on the subject during the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102 Digital Wednesday.
Dr Gadsby Dolly said with the opening of face to face classes for all forms 4-6 students this week; this will be closely monitored during this Covid-19 pandemic period.
The Education Minister said in the next two weeks, the government will be in a better position to determine the next course of action as it relates to university students and a possible return to physical classes.
Commenting on another matter, Dr Gadsby Dolly said action is also being taken to help address challenges faced by underperforming students.
