Education Ministry: Guidelines For The Operations Of Schools Circulated All Other Education Stakeholders.

Guidelines for the operations of schools have been circulated to Principals and all other education stakeholders.

Confirmation of this comes from the Ministry of Education.

In a media release Thursday, the Ministry said teachers of these cohorts are expected to report to their respective schools on Monday.

The Ministry of Education said it held seven stakeholder meetings between July 2021 to present.

It said the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association was also invited to these wider stakeholder meetings, and attended at least three of them, by its records.

The Ministry said the document – “Guidelines for Physical School Reopening- October 2021”, released on September 23rd, 2021, and its accompanying Circular Memorandum to Principals, reflect not only the recommendations proffered by TTUTA, but by all stakeholders.

The Ministry said guidelines were also made available to all education professionals, stakeholders, and the general public; and all citizens are encouraged to access and peruse them via the Ministry’s website https://www.moe.gov.tt/.
