Education Minister Dr Nyan Gadsby Dolly on Saturday addressed an issue expressed by the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association.
TTUTA last week stated that it was concerned with the Ministry of Education’s plan to have vaccinated students return to physical classes.
They said that while they did meet with the Ministry their suggestions were overlooked.
They maintained that the Ministry’s plan to restart physical schooling for forms 4, 5 and 6 presented a logistical nightmare for teachers.
On Saturday speaking at the Prime Minister’s press conference, the Education Minister addressed the issue of teachers handling classes both physically and synchronously online on the same day.
