The Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) has temporarily closed its Siparia registration area office, for sanitisation.
A media release on Monday from the EBC said normal operations at the office at Mary Street are due to resume on Wednesday.
The release said people who had confirmed appointments there for Monday and Tuesday will be contacted to reschedule their appointments.
“The EBC apologises for the inconvenience that the temporary closure of this office may cause and gives the public the assurance that all is being done in the interest of public health and safety,” it said.
