Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley said Government has improved the collection of its revenues by targeting the non-oil sector.
During an interview on i95.5FM morning, Dr. Rowley said since the decrease in revenue generated from the oil sector in 2015, the Government has had to find other ways to collect money.
Dr. Rowley said the revenue that is needed get the country to a state of comfort is not a short-term goal, especially since the country has depended largely on the petrochemical sector for its revenue. Dr. Rowley said over the years the revenue has decreased.
