Early morning murder in Tobago – Signal Hill man shot dead

A Signal Hill man has become Tobago’s fourth murder victim for the year thus far.

Donneil Thomas was shot multiple times as he was about to leave for work before dawn today.

The father of one died in the living room of his home.
