Initial reports indicate that there was a murder in St. Augustine on Monday morning.
Reports indicate that around 7:15 a.m, a man was shot along Gordon Street.
Residents who visited the scene shortly after the loud shots were heard, found a man lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his head.
Some say they saw a Mazda truck speeding away from the scene of the crime shortly after the incident.
Police and other officials were called to the scene.
The deceased is yet to be identified.
Police are continuing investigations.
