A 38-year-old truck driver of La Horquetta was killed on Wednesday when his vehicle slammed into a house.
The accident occurred at Nicole Terrace, Maracas Gardens, Maracas, St Joseph.
The man, identified as Lasana Chalmers, was driving the dump truck down a hill when he crashed into a home.
He died at the scene.
The occupants of the home were not present at the time of the accident which happened around 4:45 pm.
Sgt. Denoon of the St. Joseph Police Station is probing the incident.
