President of the Public Services Association (PSA), Watson Duke, is calling on the government to give employees of the state a salary increase.
He says the situation should be addressed in the upcoming national budget.
Speaking on Facebook on Wednesday, Mr Duke claimed public servants are receiving 2013 wages in 2020.
Mr Duke said the job security of employees is another area of concern.
