18 year-old Declon Estrada’s body was found this morning.
The Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Captain Vallence Rambharat, together with family members and villagers located Estrada’s body.
The 18 year-old was swept away last evening at Penzance Beach, Rampanalgas.
The body was located at about 800am this morning.
