Manger of Research at the Youth Training and Employment Partnership Programme, Ava Billy Jackman, is reporting a decline in registration for the venture at YTEPP.
Mrs Billy Jackman told a sitting of the Joint Select Committee Wednesday said enrolment over the last five years has gone done.
In term of core skills, Mrs Billy Jackman said enrolment has been fifteen hundred to two thousand over the past few years, which is down from four thousand about six years ago.
She cited reduced funding and not being able to service many of the centres as challenging factors facing the organisation.
