Dr. Ruby Alleyne is appointed Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the National Service Programme.
Afzal Muradali will serve as Vice Chairman.
Letters of appointment were distributed to members at a ceremony today at the Government Plaza, Port of Spain.
The members of the Advisory Committee for the National Service Programme will be responsible for establishing a culturally-relevant programme in Trinidad and Tobago.
Other members of the committee are Sean Ramrattan, Major David Benjamin, Dr. Henry Charles, Natalie Robinson, Alana Henry, Reval Chattergoon, Keith Toby, Dr. Patrice Parris Searles, Karen Caraballo and Collis Hazel.
