Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley via his official Facebook account said ”Dexter ‘Blaxx’ Stewart has been a regular talented exponent of the happy musical culture of Trinidad and Tobago.”
“His contributions were eagerly awaited each year and appreciated by hordes of adoring fans.“
Dr. Rowley said Blaxx will be sorely missed.
