Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley introduced Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley and Mrs Sharon Clarke-Rowley to the Right Hon. Robyn Rihanna Fenty this afternoon.
Ms Fenty was named Barbados’ 11th National Hero at the island’s National Independence Awards Ceremony today (Tuesday 30 November, 2021).

Today marked the 55th Anniversary of Barbados’ Independence.
This morning Dr Rowley and Mrs Clarke-Rowley witnessed the declaration of Barbados as a Republic and the inauguration of the President of Barbados, Her Excellency Dame Sandra Mason.
