Epidemiologist Dr Avery Hinds says that there is a worrying trend developing.
He says for the past few weeks increases have been seen in the number of positive Covid 19 cases.
Speaking at the Ministry of Health’s Covid Media update on Monday, he said if the daily positive figures continue as is, it could exceed the totals for July, August and September.
