Two men were gunned down in Malick last night.
Junior Oliviere and Hakeem Mitchell were at the corner of Upper 6th Avenue in Malick, Barataria around 8:30 pm, when a black Suzuki Swift pulled up alongside them and the occupants opened fire.
Police were notified and the victims were taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex by the responding officers.
However, the men succumbed to their injuries.
Reports are that Oliviere, a shop owner, was the intended target.
Investigations are underway.
