Donald Trump’s Campaign Site Hacked

The Donald Trump campaign website has been hacked.

The site’s “About” page was briefly replaced with a message that read: “The world is fed up with the fake news broadcast daily by President Donald J. Trump.”

It appeared to be an unsophisticated scam aimed at collecting cryptocurrency.

There was no idea who the hacker or hackers were. The post spoke of access to “Trump and his relatives” and “classified information” that “Trump-gov is involved in the origin of the corona virus.”

In a statement posted on the Trump Campaign website, Communications Director Tim Murtaugh said: “Earlier this evening the Trump campaign website was downgraded and we are working with the forces of the order to investigate the source of the attack.

“There was no exposure to sensitive data because none of it is actually stored on the site. The website has been restored. “

There was no immediate verification of the veracity of the message and, in fact, no obvious concerns in the Trump campaign.
